AwakeTeams integrates data and AI with a science-based curriculum to develop interpersonal skills in workplace teams. We have early traction with paying customers. Teams go on a learning journey together and access our SaaS product in an ongoing series of modules. Monthly data reports track progress. Customers include the President's Management Agenda Team at the White House, Northwestern Mutual, Nord-Lock Group, and we are currently speaking with a global biotech company.
We are looking for a hands-on tech lead to join our dynamic team. Given our customer traction and current talks with large enterprise, we need to evolve to a more adaptable and responsive tech delivery system and scale. We also want to level up our AI features. You would create and implement the product roadmap, manage part-time engineers, and eventually build out the tech team.
Projects: Specifically, what are the expectations over the next 3 to 6 months?
● First week
o Learn about the product and meet the team
o Familiarize yourself with the tech stack
o Rollout your first change in production!
● First 3 months
o Lead weekly tech team meetings, plan out sprints, and mentor junior engineers
o Develop resilient new features with quick turn-around to impress our customers
o Identify areas of improvement in the product and take initiative to resolve them
o Work with multiple stakeholders to shape the product roadmap
● First 6 months
o Scale our tech team as the product grows
o Support successful onboarding of 10 major customers
o Be a major contributor towards AwakeTeams’ success 🙂
Skills and Qualifications:
o Experienced with AI and LLMs
o Expertise in Python and data visualization
o Developed products from zero-to-one and one-to-hundred
o Enjoy the creative challenge of startups and balance that with use of best practices
o Built and/or exited early-stage startup(s)
o A high degree of personal grit, determination, and adaptability
