AwakeTeams is a collaborative learning platform that develops interpersonal skills in workplace teams and measures impact. We integrate data and AI with a science-based curriculum to sustainably develop skills—such as communication, collaboration, and trust-building—and provide customers with proof of ROI. We have early traction with paying customers, including the President's Management Agenda Team at the White House and Northwestern Mutual. We are currently speaking with global enterprise customers to work with us as design partners.
The sky is the limit now as to how we can integrate more AI features to enhance learning, user experience, and measurement of program impact. We are looking for a hands-on tech lead to join our dynamic team, evolve our product to a more adaptable and responsive system, and level up AI features. You would create and lead implementation of the product roadmap, manage part-time engineers, and liaise with partner companies.
Projects: Specifically, what are the expectations?
● First 3-6 months:
o Learn the product and market and develop an inspiring product vision
o Support successful onboarding of major customers
o Create a product roadmap and begin iterating
o Partner with founder and design partner customers to develop the right product and features
o Lead weekly tech team meetings, plan out sprints, mentor junior engineers
o Develop resilient new features with quick turn-around to impress our customers
o Identify areas of improvement in the product and take initiative to resolve them
● First year:
o Scale our tech team as the product grows
o Join founder in key stakeholder calls and presentations, articulate product vision, rapidly establish credibility and rapport
o Be a foundational contributor towards AwakeTeams’ success
Skills and Qualifications:
● Experienced with AI and LLMs
● Expertise in Python and data visualization
● Developed products from zero-to-one and successfully delivered to market
● Enjoy the creative challenge of startups and balance that with use of best practices
● Skilled collaborator, effective communicator
● High degree of personal grit, determination, and adaptability
